Job Description
All aspects of an agency are supervised and coordinated by agency managers. To ensure that objectives are reached, pertinent policies and guidelines are respected, and customers are satisfied, they collaborate with agents and clients.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of financial advisors and hiring financial advisors
- Educating them about the company’s numerous goods and investment plans with the support of seniors
- Cooperating with them and making plans with them at every stage to advance the company’s business
- Visiting client along with the team.
- Knowing the customer’s needs and offering information about the product that will work best for them
- Ensuring agent motivation and fostering a long-lasting relationship between the agents and the business
- Keeping an eye on important competition developments and ensuring information flow to the organisation
- Evaluating the performance of each agent assigned and taking the necessary action if needed
Key Skills Required:
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Mini. 2 to 4 Years of experience in sales and marketing
- Age should be between 22 to 38 Years
