Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented and dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across assigned districts in Madhya Pradesh. The role involves managing a field team, driving revenue through channel partners, and building strong customer relationships to ensure market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives and Channel Partners.
- Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies to meet targets.
- Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition and partner development.
- Ensure daily reporting, lead conversion, and performance monitoring.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and local clients.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
- Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and closures through the team.
- Provide training and mentoring to enhance team productivity.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in channel or field sales.
- Experience in managing a team and handling a regional territory.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the MP market and its customer behavior.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license and willingness to travel.
