Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented and dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across assigned districts in Madhya Pradesh. The role involves managing a field team, driving revenue through channel partners, and building strong customer relationships to ensure market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives and Channel Partners.
  • Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition and partner development.
  • Ensure daily reporting, lead conversion, and performance monitoring.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and local clients.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
  • Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and closures through the team.
  • Provide training and mentoring to enhance team productivity.

    Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in channel or field sales.
  • Experience in managing a team and handling a regional territory.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of the MP market and its customer behavior.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license and willingness to travel.
