About the Opportunity:

Lead sales and marketing to drive growth and expand market presence. Develop and implement strategies, build relationships, and achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving the sales target through assigned leads, which may be self-generated or may be generated by the Branch Ops, Call Center teams and/or other sources.
• Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial need and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs.
• Take daily follow-up of clients
• Providing pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
• Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree.

– 2+ years experience in sales and marketing with proven success.

– Strong leadership and team management skills.

– Excellent understanding of sales, marketing, and digital strategies.

– Strong communication and analytical skills.

– CRM and marketing automation proficiency.
