Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 8–15 field sales executives or officers
- Drive sales of products/services (financial products, FMCG, telecom, etc.) within assigned territory
- Set and monitor team targets; ensure monthly and quarterly goal achievement
- Conduct regular field visits, training, and joint sales calls with the team
- Analyze local market trends and execute area-specific business plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms
- Prepare performance reports and share updates with Regional Sales Manager
- Coordinate with internal departments for service support and campaign execution
Graduate in any stream;
2–4years of relevant experience in field sales and team leadership
Must have handled multiple locations or districts in Rajasthan
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills
Knowledge of local markets, customer behavior, and competition
Must own a two-wheeler and Android phone
Immediate joiners preferred
