Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Industry: Insurance / BFSI / Field Sales
Experience: Minimum 3–5 Years (Insurance or BFSI Sales Experience Mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Lucrative Incentives + Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales operations and drive business growth within assigned territory.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or agents.
• Achieve business targets through effective team management and market penetration.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to create sales strategies.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in Insurance / BFSI sales or channel management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Target-oriented and strategic thinker.
• Good local market knowledge (Udaipur & nearby areas).
