We are urgently hiring Area Sales Managers to lead sales teams, drive business growth, and manage targets across assigned regions in Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of Sales Officers/Executives
• Achieve business targets through field sales activities
• Develop new channel partners and drive productivity
• Handle client meetings and resolve escalations

Eligibility:

• Graduate (Any Stream)
• Minimum 2-4 years of sales & team handling experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Incentives
