We are hiring a Unit Sales Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and grow business in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
– Hire, develop, and oversee a group of advisers and sales professionals.
– Set and meet sales goals for financial and insurance goods.
– Through relationship management and client acquisition, create new business.
– Organize frequent training sessions, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
– Verify adherence to industry rules and corporate policy.
– Inspire and drive business growth via Teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: 1+ years in sales.
– Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
– Two Wheeler Required.
– Must be Local.
