Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement sales strategies, recruit and train representatives, and monitor performance to achieve targets.
  • Identify potential clients, build relationships, and ensure their needs are met by the company’s solutions.
  • Identify skills gaps and create training programs, coach representatives to improve performance, and ensure they’re using effective sales techniques.
  • Set objectives, track progress, and analyze data to ensure sales quotas are met.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of experience managing sales teams in a corporate environment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Deep understanding of the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
