Job Description

Impactful Responsibilities:

  • Drive results and exceed goals: Closely monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and develop effective strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Champion customer satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure client needs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Become a market expert: Analyze competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, building strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Generate new business: Proactively seek out new clients through networking, prospecting, and industry events.
  • Connect with potential clients: Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and understand client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Expand your network: Actively engage in industry networking events and build lasting professional relationships.

Candidate’s Profile: 

  • Graduation is compulsory.
  • Minimum 1+ years of BFSI and Life Insurance experience.
  • Age: 22 to 38 years.
  • Candidates must be local natives for at least 3 to 5 years.
