Job Description

The Area Sales Officer (ASO) will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing performance within a designated geographic area. This role involves recruiting and training agents, developing sales strategies, and ensuring target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute local sales strategies.
• Recruit, train, and support agents.
• Conduct field visits and monitor agent performance.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Implement marketing promotions.
• Maintain key client relationships.

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of proven experience in sales.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Indian insurance market and regulations.
• Must be local.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
