Job Description

Supervise and manage a team of agents within a specific geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that agents are meeting sales targets and adhering to company policies.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to agents.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to agent performance or customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the insurance industry.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in regional languages and understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations and products in India.
