Job Description
Supervise and manage a team of agents within a specific geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that agents are meeting sales targets and adhering to company policies.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to agents.
- Identify and resolve issues related to agent performance or customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the insurance industry.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in regional languages and understanding of local market dynamics.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and products in India.
