Job Description

Supervise and manage a team of agents within a specific geographic area.

Requirements

• Verify that agents are following corporate policies and hitting sales targets.
• Offer agents mentoring and guidance.
• Locate and fix problems with agent effectiveness or client pleasure.
• Examine sales information to pinpoint areas in need of development.
• Represent the business at networking events and industry gatherings.

Responsibilities:

• A bachelor’s degree.
• One to two years of sales experience, specializing in the insurance sector.
• Excellent sales skills and the capacity for independent work.
• Outstanding negotiating and people abilities.
• Mastery of regional languages and comprehension of the characteristics of the local market.
• Must be local.
