Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of direct channel initiatives.
-Provide feedback and insights to other departments to improve product offerings and customer experience.
-Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns and promotional programs.
-Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
-Set sales targets and KPIs for direct channels.
-Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to track progress against goals.
-Implement action plans to address performance gaps and improve outcomes.
-Develop and implement strategies to maximize the effectiveness of direct channels.
-Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
Requirement:
Min 1+ year of experience in Any Field Sales & Marketing
Qualification- Graduation mandatory
CTC- Up To 3.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
