Area Sales Officer

Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Area Sales Officer to drive agency sales and growth in your region. You’ll recruit and support insurance agents, implement sales strategies, and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage sales strategies to meet regional targets.
• Recruit, train, and support insurance agents.
• Monitor agent performance and provide coaching.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyse data and trends.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
