Job Description

We are seeking a driven Area Sales Officer to enhance agency sales and growth in your region. In this role, you will recruit and support insurance agents, implement effective sales strategies, and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional goals.
  • Recruit, train, and support insurance agents.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide guidance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
