Key Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, ensuring their needs are met.
-Analyze sales performance data to assess agency effectiveness.
-Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.
-Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for agency partners.
-Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance partners’ sales capabilities.
-Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure product understanding.
-Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall partner experience.
-Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape affecting agency operations.
-Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks, providing insights to senior management.
Candidate Requirements :
– A minimum of one year of experience in field marketing and sales.
– Any graduate or postgraduate student.
– Any potential candidate nearby
– Age bracket : 21-38.
– Up to 4.00LPA in CTC.
