We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Officer to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative

Responsibilities :

– Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

– Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives

– Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.

– Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling

– Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

– On-field work to reach the maximum customer

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification: Graduate / MBA

Experience: 1 to 4 years of Sales & Marketing

Age: Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years
