Area Sales Manager
The Direct Sales Manager – Agency Channel will be responsible for driving business growth, managing and mentoring a team of agents, and achieving sales targets in line with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) within the Agency Channel.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the agency channel.
Recruit, onboard, and train new agents in line with company policies.
Develop strong relationships with key clients and ensure excellent service delivery.
Provide regular market feedback to the senior management for the development of new products or adjustments to existing offerings.
Desired candidate profile
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale
Minimum 1 year experience is mandatory
