Job Title: Area Sales Officer

Job Summary: 

To lead and oversee our agency sales team in the insurance industry, we are seeking a creative and results-driven Area Sales Officer. Strong fieldwork skills, the capacity to interact with potential clients, and the ability to form productive alliances with agents are all necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities: 
Lead and propel the region’s sales goals by creating and implementing plans to achieve both individual and group objectives
Use a variety of sales methods to prospect and create leads (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, agent interactions, and market feedback to report to management.
Keep thorough records of your sales activity, training progress, and agent performance.

Desired Candidate 
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience:  2+ Years Experience in Any Field Sales 1+ Years Experience in BFSI And Insurance Is Mandatory
Age: Minimum 21 Years and maximum 38 Years
