Job Title: Area Sales Officer

As an Insurance Area Sales Officer, your main responsibility is to lead a team of insurance advisors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Agent hiring and management: identify, hire, and monitor advisers at a suitable location.
• Regular visits on the field for the sale of policies with agents, dealers, or individuals.
• Knowledge of the market and the items. Keep an eye on and evaluate the agent’s work.
• The role of the team leader.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Demonstrable track record of at least 1 year in on-field sales functions.
• Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
• Local native is Mandatory for 3 to 5 years
