Area Sales Officer

Job Description

The Area Sales Officer (ASO) will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing performance in a specific geographic region. This role includes recruiting and training agents, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Location : Guwahati

Salary Package : 2.20 LPA – 3.30 LPA 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement local sales strategies to meet targets.
Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to agents.
Conduct field visits to monitor agent performance and provide coaching.
Analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities.
Execute marketing promotions to boost sales.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Requirements:
1 to 5 years of proven sales experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Indian insurance market and regulations.
Must be based locally.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
