We are looking to add an experienced insurance area sales manager to our team. Achieving sales goals, promoting company expansion, and overseeing the agency channel sales process are all part of this position.
The applicant must possess pertinent expertise in the field of agency channel sales.

Location : Guwahati 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Create and put into action efficient plans to meet sales goals via the agency channel.
•   Oversee and collaborate with agency partners to guarantee seamless operations and optimize commercial prospects.
•    Ensuring that every employee manages their time effectively.
•    Respecting agency rules, policies, and procedures and making sure employees follow them.
•    Investigating current market and industry trends and applying the results to enhance business operations.

Requirements

•    Experience: At least two years of experience is necessary. Marketing and Sales for BFSI/Insurance
•    Age range: 24–38 years
•   Qualification: A minimum of one graduate is necessary.
•      Bachelor’s degree preferred.
