Job Description

By finding new business prospects, forming reliable alliances, and increasing market presence, the Field Sales Manager is in charge of promoting strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • One of the main duties is to create and carry out a thorough corporate development plan.
  • Find and seize new commercial ventures, alliances, and sources of income.
  • Establish and preserve solid bonds with important customers, stakeholders, and business executives.
  • Find growth prospects by conducting competitive and market research.
  • Develop go-to-market plans in conjunction with the product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Oversee and guide a group of experts in business development.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Two or more years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and a history of increasing revenue.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiating abilities.
  • Capacity to create and carry out long-term business idea.
