Role: Area Sales Officer
Objective : A business development manager, or BDM, aids in the expansion of the company, leads a sales force, and locates new business prospects.
Key Responsibilities :
• Establish objectives and targets for increasing revenue and business.
• Do research and put plans in place to reach new markets.
• In those markets, find possible customers.
• Follow up with prospects and assist them in the sales process.
• Establish objectives as a team and create strategies to meet them.
Requirements:
• A graduate degree or its equivalent is required.
• Two to three years of marketing and field sales experience.
• Age range: 21–38 years.
• Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and lead a group of people.
• Outstanding ability to communicate.
