Job Description
Create and inspire your sales force, find and oversee Insurance Advisers in your area, and work well with the central staff.
Responsibilities.
- Identify and onboard insurance agents/advisors.
- Developing your sales team through motivation .
- Recruit & manage Insurance Adviser in assigned market .
- Coordinates with the centre team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is recommended.
- Sales experience of at least one year
- The ideal age range is 21–38 years old.
- strong leadership, sales, and communication abilities.
