Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Officer

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are led by a sales manager who assists them in creating a strong sales funnel and generating leads. By offering direction, keeping an eye on output, and creating winning plans, they make sure the group meets its objectives.

 

Education: Any Graduate

Pay Roll: On Roll

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.

Age: 21 – 38 years

 

Responsibilities :

1.Employ, train, and acclimate new salespeople.

2.Help the team expand the sales pipeline and acquire new clients.

3.Encourage teamwork and maintain the group’s goal-oriented attention.

4.Enhance sales procedures on a constant basis to improve team output.

 

Skills:

1.impressive team management and leadership abilities.

2.exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

3.The ability to effectively lead and inspire a sales staff.

4.strong understanding of marketing and sales.

5.to establish and preserve connections with stakeholders and clients.
