Our company are seeking motivated and attentive managers to play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting potential insurance advisors. This position focuses on consistently acquiring new agents, managing their licensing, and tracking their activation status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors regularly.
- Oversee the licensing process and monitor activation.
- Coach advisors to enhance their productivity and help them develop effective strategies to meet their goals.
- Manage the sales team, optimize geographic coverage, and maintain operational control.
- Conduct regular meetings with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries, ensuring organized record-keeping.
Requirements - Graduation is Mandatory
- 1 to 3 years in any sales and field sales experiences
- A two-wheeler is essential for travel.
- Must be local candidate
