Position Title: Area Sales Officer
In the role of an Insurance Area Sales Officer, your primary duty involves leading a team of insurance advisors.
Responsibilities:
- Agent Recruitment and Supervision: Identify, hire, and oversee advisors in suitable locations.
- Field Engagement: Conduct regular field visits to facilitate policy sales with agents, dealers, and individuals.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends and products, while monitoring and evaluating the performance of agents.
- Team Leadership: Act as a team leader, guiding and supporting the sales team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite.
- Demonstrated track record of at least 1 year in on-field sales roles.
- Age range: 21 to 38 years.
