Position Title: Area Sales Officer
Job Type: Full-time | On-roll
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing
CTC: Up to ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities: 
Recruit and manage field sales agents
Drive business growth through direct and team sales
Ensure team performance tracking and mentoring
Handle customer queries and relationship management
Maintain accurate reporting and field updates

Candidate Profile: 
Graduate (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years in sales or marketing
Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferably from Burdwan or nearby
