Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet industrial clients in the region to build long-term business relationships.
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with distributors and retailers for better market penetration.
- Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to convert potential leads into business.
- Provide input to management for developing new market strategies.
Skills Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B or field sales.
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and offer solutions.
- Confidence in handling negotiations with senior decision makers.
