Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Source and recruit agents as per business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing training and motivation to agents.
  • Help agents generate leads and achieve insurance sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain business quality standards.
  • Track sales performance and take corrective measures when required.

Qualification & Experience: 

 

  • Graduation compulsory
  • 2+ years’ experience in field sales or insurance sector preferred
  •  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
