Area Sales Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Area Sales Officer to drive sales growth in the assigned area. This is a field-based role that involves meeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering the right financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers and generate new leads
• Present and promote financial products based on client requirements
• Follow up with leads and convert them into active customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the area
• Keep records of daily visits, meetings, and sales progress
• Coordinate with the internal team for customer support and documentation

Desired Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales (BFSI preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Comfortable with daily field travel within the assigned area
