Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, Monitor, and motivate a potential team of policy advisors.
• Visiting potential clients within designated areas to understand their financial needs.
• Maintaining daily communication with clients.
• Assisting customers both before and after-sales.
• Ensuring business quality and fostering client retention.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree is compulsory.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
