Job Description

In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth through a network of independent insurance agents within your designated territory. You’ll act as a trusted partner, providing agents with the tools and resources they need to effectively sell our life insurance products and achieve their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Become a master networker: Build and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with independent insurance agents in your assigned area.
Agent advocate: Equip agents with in-depth product knowledge, sales training, and ongoing support to ensure their success.
Product champion: Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our life insurance products to agents and their clients, tailoring solutions to individual needs.
Growth driver: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within your territory.
Always learning: Stay current on industry trends, life insurance regulations, and competitor landscape.
Data-driven decision making: Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize agent performance.
Problem-solving pro: Actively address agent and client concerns, providing prompt and professional support.

Requirements:

Thrives in a target-driven environment and is highly motivated to succeed.
Has excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must be local candidate
Minimum 1 years’ experience
