Job Description

As an Area Sales Officer, you’ll manage and grow sales within your area by working with insurance agents, developing strategies, and building strong client relationships. You’ll be key in achieving our sales goals and enhancing our agency’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and grow market share.
  • Manage Agents: Recruit, train, and support insurance agents to boost their performance.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain strong client relationships and address any concerns.
  • Report and Analyze: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to improve results.
  • Ensure Compliance: Follow regulatory and company guidelines to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 to 6 Years Experience in Core Sales and Marketing in any Domain
  • Strong sales skills and a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
