Job Description

Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth and market penetration within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales: Achieve sales targets, acquire new clients, and maintain existing relationships.
Market Development: Identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, and implement effective sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives .
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
