Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors regularly.
• Oversee the licensing process and monitor activation.
• Coach advisors to enhance their productivity and help them develop effective strategies to meet their goals.
• Manage the sales team, optimize geographic coverage, and maintain operational control.
• Conduct regular meetings with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries, ensuring organized record-keeping.
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of Field sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-focused and self-motivated
- Graduation Is Mandatory.
- Age Criteria is 21 to 38.
