Area Sales Representative
The Area Sales Representative role involves driving the sales of insurance products (life, health, general, etc.), overseeing the team’s performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Also plays a key role in recruitment, training, and motivating the team to achieve business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor the progress of agents and provide ongoing support to help them achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve the skills of the sales team and to enhance product knowledge.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions as needed to improve sales outcomes.
- Ensure that agents are providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry laws and regulations, ensuring that agents operate within these frameworks.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies to attract new clients and generate leads.
ELIGIBILITY-
- Graduate
- 1+ year of sales experience
- 21-38 age
KEY SKILLS-
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
