Area Sales Representative

The Area Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales advisor, and overseeing the sales performance within a designated geographic area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify potential customers and assess their insurance needs.
• Present and sell appropriate insurance policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Assist customers with claim processes and policy renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and product offerings.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

• Any graduate
• 1+ years of sales experience
• Local preferable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Persuasive and confident with good negotiation abilities.
