Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a network of insurance agents.
- Achieve sales targets through effective field sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and support to agents.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Conduct regular training sessions for agents to improve their sales techniques.
Candidate should have:
- You must hold a bachelor’s degree.
- a minimum of two years of field sales experience;
- superior communication and interpersonal skills;
- ownership of a bike and a valid driver’s license
