Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Area Team Leader to manage and drive our sales team in Guwahati. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, field sales experience, and a proven track record in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team in the assigned area.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.

• Conduct regular field visits and provide guidance to team members.

• Ensure team meets monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Report performance metrics and market insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in field sales and team management.
