Job Summary:

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team of sales executives to meet daily and monthly targets
• Plan and share sales strategies to improve team performance
• Help team members with client meetings, presentations, and deal closures
• Review sales reports, give feedback, and solve field challenges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Make sure all sales processes and company rules are followed
• Report updates and numbers to the senior management
• Support hiring, training, and performance checks for your team

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2 to 6 years in sales
• Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA is a plus)
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Must be good at motivating teams and working with targets
