This role is for a hands-on Area Team Lead Executive who can lead a team, drive business in the BFSI sector, and deliver results quickly. We’re looking for someone who can join immediately and take charge from day one.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales executives handling banking and insurance products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Guide, train, and support the team to improve performance
- Develop sales plans for specific regions or products
- Handle key client meetings and assist in closing large deals
- Monitor daily activity, sales pipelines, and team reports
- Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory rules
- Coordinate with product, operations, and support teams for smooth delivery
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Any field
- 2 to 6 years of sales experience
- Proven experience in managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of financial products and customer needs
- Good communication and leadership skills
