Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Officer to support our sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will assist in managing customer relationships, processing orders, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing necessary support.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing sales presentations and proposals
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales team.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.
