Job Title: Assistant Manager

CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA

Job Role:

– Drive the acquisition of current and savings accounts.
– Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential clients.
– Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
– Build rapport with customers for long-term relationship management.
– Promote and cross-sell additional banking products (FDs, credit cards, etc.).

Eligibility:

– Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
– Prior experience 2-3 years in sales is an advantage.
– Age: 21 to 27 years.
– Must be a local candidate and own a bike.
