• The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network. Implement and adhere to the
• Need-Based Selling Model to do cross-selling for insurance.
• Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & managing the spread
• On-field work to reach the maximum customer
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representative

Desired Candidate Profile: 

• Min 2+ year experiences in sales and marketing
• Must be graduate
•  Local candidate
• CTC: 3.00 To 4.00 LPA
