Supervise day-to-day branch operations
Lead and manage a team to meet sales and service goals
Promote banking products (loans, savings, insurance)
Build and maintain customer relationships
Ensure compliance with banking regulations
Prepare and report branch performance
🔹 Requirements:
Graduate (MBA/PGDM is a plus).
0-2 years of experience in banking or related fields.
Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
Age: 21–32years.
Knowledge of banking software and MS Office.
