Job Description

Support and drive sales activities in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Work with the sales team to meet targets, grow customer relationships, and ensure smooth operations in the sales channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies for BFSI products .
• Support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Train and guide junior sales staff and agents.
• Maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
• The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
