Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales team’s performance, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires leadership, business development, and strong customer relationship management skills to meet branch targets and support the sales team’s success.

Roles:
– Supervise sales team to achieve targets for new account openings (CASA).
– Build strong relationships with clients to enhance business growth.
– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for expansion.
– Ensure sales targets are met through effective team leadership.
– Train and develop team members on banking products and sales strategies.

Key Profiles: 
– Minimum graduate in any stream (Arts/Commerce/Science).
– 2-3 years of BFSI sales experience preferred.
– Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
– Age 21 to 28 Needed.
– Must be local candidate.
