Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and grow sales territory by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
– Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings regularly.
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales.
– 2-6 years’ experience in field sales or sales management.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Self-motivated with ability to work independently in the field.
– Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
